Really good Cuisine!

The dining experience at TRS Turquesa was excellent, especially at the restaurant KUSKO. The food was excellent, and the attention from the staff, particularly Franklin, Yordarid, and Xiarell, made it even more special. They really went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our meals every time we visited. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for food lovers!

Spa Serenity

I had an very nice time at the spa, where I booked a massage package that was an absolute delight! The atmosphere was peaceful, and I felt completely rejuvenated afterward. While there was a minor hiccup with the initial service, the overall experience was nice, and I can't wait to go back for more relaxation.

Luxurious Accommodations

The room I stayed in was fantastic! It was spacious, equipped with a jacuzzi, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the gardens. The cleanliness was perfect, and the large bathroom added to the overall luxury of my stay. I loved retreating to my room after a long day of exploration.

Cozy and Comfortable

Our stay at TRS Turquesa had its ups and downs. The beach and pool areas were beautiful and well-maintained, which we absolutely loved. However, the rooms were outdated and the air conditioning was a major issue, making our stay less comfortable than we expected. While some staff members went above and beyond, the overall dining experience left a lot to be desired with mediocre food options.

Our group trip to this resort was simply unforgettable! The location was surrounded by lush greenery and had a stunning beach with soft, white sand. The pools were wonderful, and the service was exceptional, especially with our dedicated butler. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to return!
